1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated shipping date.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Singapore. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200. This offer applies to eligible orders of cookware and will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your shipping address falls within these categories, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Certain cookware items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or material. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions). We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at +65 8837 1000.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

  • If your cookware arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
